First Orchard Visit!

We had a wonderful, sunny day to explore the Orchard in St Ann’s. Percy the Park Keeper was there, although he was feeling tired after a very disturbed night with lots of animals knocking at the door!  The children worked in groups to build new homes for the Fox, Frog, Rabbit and friends. They also enjoyed challenging themselves up and down the mud slope, balancing over little bridges, splashing in the stream, making smelly potions and much, much more. Well done to all the children for being fabulous explorers, but particularly to all the youngest Gruffalo group children who were brave, confident and excited explorers.

Here is a selection of photographs – we took hundreds (sorry I can’t fit them all on). The rest will appear in your child’s learning journey.
