Team BRW pulled out all the stops for our Harvest gathering this year. A mountain of tinned goods were collected and gathered from children across the school. Our families were so generous in their donations to Emmanuel House and Clifton Food Bank; it was just lovely to see an entire school community come together to help those who need it most. It took a huge team of children and staff to pack the goods up and it certainly says a lot about the collection efforts when you run out of bags and boxes! A HUGE thank you to all!
The Harvest Service was reflective and powerful – it really made us all stop and think about the goodness around us in order to grow just as Jesus would want us to and to be the rich soil
for others too. The words of Oscar Romero certainly rang true…we plant the seeds that will one day grow.
