To be a great swimmer, you first have to relax. Relax by taking deep breaths, in and out. This causes you to have more confidence in yourself.
Swimming is my favourite sport, because, it helps you loosen up, it helps you push away hard things that have happened in your life.
I personally love swimming – it makes me calm and reclined, even in the hardest of times.
Sometimes, to be a swimmer requires concentration, to put all your trust in your arms and legs.
I have a friend that loves swimming, just as well as I do. She would probably say similar things.
