Sushi!

Hello and today I am going to tell you how to make sushi!

Ingredients:
250g of rice
Drive
320ml of water
Saucepan
Sushi seaweed
Cucumber salmon or crabsticks
A rolling mat

Method
1)put the rice into a bowl and wash with cold water repeat 3 or 4 times and then drain with a sieve
2)Add the water and rice to a saucepan and let simmer for 10 minutes with the lid on
3)turn off the heat and let cool for 25-30 minutes do not take the lid off!
4)put a sheet of seaweed onto the rolling mat and spread with a layer of rice
5)lay your fillings to they are facing the shorter side and start to roll holding on to the longer side and roll upwards

6)cut you sushi into little circles and there you have it! Perfect sushi!

Tips and tricks:

I learned that the easiest way to roll the sushi is to wet your fingers with water! My personal favourite fillings are crab sticks and cucumber.

Remember, you might not achieve it first time and the only limit is your imagination!!
