During our PE sessions we have be building the skills needed to run our 1 km! We built up to the distance and developed our running style so that we could sustain a jogging pace and reduce stopping!
WOW! Year 4 hopefully you are reaching that 1 km because if you are great job. You look so ready and energised for this 1 km come on you can reach it.This 1 km is important to do because this can improve stamina. Year 4 be resilient because we all know that you can reach that 1 km.
