We know it’s important to make sure that you are healthy and happy. Year 5 spent some time on their emotional and physical wellbeing this morning, by going through some stress-reducing techniques with Tom.
We learned how to control our breathing through using just one nostril to breathe. We also learned how to relax and massage the muscles in our face (which tense up when we are worried).
