
At school we aim to do 1 K a day to be more active. 1 K is a whole 8 rounds across our playground, and we are building up our stamina to do that! Many people can probably do that in the time given but it isn’t about speed. The amount of rounds you do, you should aim to do at least a round higher until you get to a full 8 rounds. We should place our bar high and achieve that feeling of victory in completing the event every day. Being active is very important for our bodies so we can improve our health, you can practice every day and even teachers can join the run with you! This year we can, and this year we WILL!

I really enjoy doing the 1k a day, I feel like this has helped me with my fitness already.
