A K a day!

Each class in our school is trying to achieve 1k a day, some walk it, some jog it or you can run it if you feel like it! The aim is to go further, faster, or just improve your stamina over time.

As a school this year we are trying to be more active, on Tuesday, we did 30 minutes of exercise, press-ups sit-ups star jumps and more!

This Year, we will!
