Books, Biscuits and Drama Club!

Hello BBD club!

Firstly, it was a pleasure to enjoy Harry Potter with you this term. I had so much fun listening to the story, playing games, creating drama and, of course, eating biscuits!

You’ll be pleased to know that I have left the marshmallows at school (I couldn’t trust myself not to eat them) so let’s hope we’ll be able to have our final marshmallow-filled session when we’re all back.

Now I need your help. Please let me know your thoughts on the club this term:

Did you enjoy the club? Why? What did you enjoy the most?

Has it improved your love of reading? Why?

How could the club be improved?

Thank you! πŸ™‚

Miss Cotter

    • They are pictures from our Books, Biscuits and Drama club Osayu. Usually, we would start off with a game then we would read part of Harry Potter (whilst eating biscuits and drinking hot chocolate). After that, we would do some drama linked to the chapter we had read.
      It was great fun!

      • It certainly was miss Cotter! And the biscuits and hot chocolate were delicious too! Next Term I would love to read Percy Jackson The whole set is fantastic all together there are 5 books. Miss Cotter please can we read them! I would bring my copies in!

        • I’m really glad you enjoyed it Cassie! I’ve read the first Percy Jackson and I really enjoyed all the links to Ancient Greece – I love History! We can have another vote to see what everyone would like to read and we might need your books if they vote for PJ!
          Thank you for your feedback.
          Have a lovely week,
          Miss Cotter πŸ™‚

  1. I really enjoyed and to be honest I don’t think you need to change anything about the club it’s already perfect
And I think it really gave me a boost for the love of reading

The think I enjoyed most was that we were reading all together and we all had a good time

    • Thank you so much for your feedback Hayley – it is really useful.

I’m so , so glad you enjoyed the club; I enjoyed it too!

I loved that we all got chance to do some cosy reading together.
