BRW Science Challenge Number 10

Your challenge this week is to use one piece of foil to create an animal!

So, for example, if you want to sculpt a bird – think about the main features of your choice of bird and how they move. Foil is cheap, recyclable, and simple to tear and manipulate. It is a good modelling material and its surface is reflective.

Science explored
• Features of animals
• Identifying and classifying living things
Interesting links
• BBC Bitesize: all about animals
• Play a sorting game: feed the animals

As always children, send your photos to FAO Mrs Byrne
