Year 3 had a lovely time as historians this afternoon. We’ve borrowed some Viking objects from Access Artefacts, some original and some reproductions, and spent some time asking questions about what it could be and how it might have been used. Then the answers were revealed, and we found out some very surprising facts!
I loved it and in fact that person wearing armor is me! 😂😂😂 It super heavy with lots of metal around me though that I almost sunk into the ground!
