Year 3 have been investigating different types of bread…and having way too much fun! We discussed the bread we enjoyed, and the flavours we weren’t as fond of. We expanded our vocabulary to describe not only the taste, but the texture too. The children enjoyed sharing their experiences of breads they’d tried before and were really adventurous in trying unfamiliar food. We also tried some fresh herbs in order to test whether we wanted to add these to our own bread recipes.
