1. We found this thoroughly enjoyed this but also it was bit tiring. This made us ready for the day ahead. This kept us fit and also made us feel more active. This certainly made us feel an energetic feeling.

  2. I really enjoyed taking part in the HIIT session with with the body coach Joe Wicks! My favourite exercises was the star jumps and press-ups.

  3. I really enjoyed taking part in the HIIT session it was fun because everyone was so excited and energetic. This was a nice exercise to take part in. My favourite exercise was the star jumps. This made my heart pumping the whole way. At the end I was SO tired there was so many exercises to take part in.Thank you Miss Lee for letting us take part in this session because I really wouldn’t want to miss this out.
