Year 2’s Home Learning For W/C 4th May

Hello Year 2!

How are you?

Firstly, I just wanted to say how proud I am of the work you are doing at home. It is wonderful to see you all becoming responsible learners, who push themselves to do their best.

Here are a few wonderful pictures I have been sent:

I am SO impressed with all your hard work. If any of you would like to send me any pictures of your learning at home, please send them to with the subject ‘Miss Cotter’ and they will get through to me.

  1. I do miss you lots miss cotter and I miss being a duckling which is a baby duck later I can make a cake after I do my work
    What flavour shall I make
    From poppy x

    • I miss you lots too Poppy. I hoped the duckling photo made you laugh!
Well, you know me, I would always vote for a chocolate cake but maybe ask each of your family to make a vote and then go with the most popular option.
Good luck with your work; let me know if you need support with anything.

  2. Hello Miss Cotter, we hope you’re keeping well. Due to some technical issues in our web browser (it didn’t refresh when we reopened the blog), we could only see lessons from week one, commencing 20th April. Is there a way that we somehow could access the previous lessons we have missed? All the best, Martin – David’s dad

    • Hello!
      Lovely to hear from you!
Yes of course, I’ll ask Mrs Shakh to email over the other lessons.
I hope you’re all keeping safe and well. Enjoy the Bank Holiday and the weekend.
      Miss Cotter
