blunder
It’s a nouns, it means a simple or careless mistake!

We blundered along through the woods until we finally found the trail.
Another skier blundered into his path.
It can also be a verb! For example, you can blunder, when you make a mistake or are careless i.e.
He blundered through his assembly lines because he had no practised them at home!
