Year 6 really rose up, took courage and did it in the final week of the Autumn term!
The adventure started on Christmas Jumper Day, during which we wore sparkly (and some musical) knits, seasonal headgear and enjoyed lovely Christmas dinner at school.
Shortly after, we headed on our greatest adventure yet – to Crich in Derbyshire to spend two days at the Briars Residential Retreat!
What an adventure it was! We built and strengthened our relationships, confidence, resilience, independence and self-esteem. By planning and leading liturgies and a mass, experiencing the great Amber Valley and looking after our own dorm rooms, we grew as individuals and as a team.
