Children from Foundation Stage 1, Foundation Stage 2 and Year 1 went geo-caching and investigating at Nottingham Trent University this morning. They took part in lots of activities set up by teaching students.
There was geo-caching (using technology to find hidden boxes); bug hunting; plant identification; listening for sounds in the environment; natural palette building and nature bracelets to make and lots, lots more.
Well done to all the children that took part and walked the 9,000 + steps to and from the University! A big thank you to NTU for inviting us to take part.
